Juvenile Dependency Attorney

Law Office of Gabrielle Tetreault is seeking an attorney to handle juvenile dependency matters in San Joaquin County juvenile court. We are looking for a compassionate, organized, and professional attorney with strong advocacy, courtroom, and writing skills.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be able to manage a dependency caseload, appear regularly in court, review reports, communicate effectively with clients and related parties, mange interns, and handle contested hearings when needed.  An Ideal candidate will also have a good understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel. Juvenile dependency experience is preferred but we can accommodate and train the right candidate.
