The ideal candidate will have employment counseling and employment litigation experience, strong analytical and writing skills, and the ability to function both independently and within a team environment.

The salary range for this position in our Los Angeles office is $215,000-$260,000. Actual salary will vary and may be above or below the range based on relevant skills, training and other job-related factors. The range listed is just one part of Thompson Coburn’s total compensation and benefits package for associates, which includes productivity and discretionary bonuses; life, health, accident and disability insurance; and a 401(k) plan.
