COMMERCIAL LITIGATION ATTORNEY
Seeking experienced attorney to work in our Winston Salem, NC office. Qualified candidate will have two (2) to six (6) years' experience in commercial litigation.
Qualified candidates must have an excellent academic record, a strong work ethic, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a team. Must exercise superior judgment, possess excellent research and writing skills, have the ability to develop strategies to minimize risk and efficiently resolve disputes, and effectively handle multiple projects.
Candidate must be licensed in North Carolina. South Carolina or Florida license is a plus.
